Why Panweld

As pioneers supplying capital equipment to the automotive manufacturing industry in South East Asia, we have journeyed with our customers from the analog era of the 70s to the current robotic and automation era of Industry 4.0 manufacturing. We cater to vehicles running on both ICE (Internal Combustion Engines) and the latest Hybrid and Battery Electric Vehicles. We helped construct and install multi-model manual application lines and high-speed dedicated single-model production lines in the Bodyshop, Paintshop & Trim Final areas. We have a proven track record working with Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, European and Vietnamese automakers.

With the advent of automation, increased reliance on computing and data analysis in the core of any manufacturing process and the rise of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in every aspect of our lives, we decided to invest and diversify our expertise into this sector. Partnering with a proven technical expert who has two decades of experience in Cleaning Technology for the Hard Disk Drive industry, we refined a new generation of Precision Cleaning Equipment. This equipment meets our customers' needs for handling new substrates required by the evolving storage media in all the new computing hardware and also data centres being constructed.
